Meditative movement whether it is a gentle yoga session, tai chi, Qi gong, dance, gardening, playing music, singing a lullaby, cleaning, making a meal, typing a report, writing a book, editing a video, photographing, directing a play, flying a plane, driving, washing your face, petting an animal friend, making love, enjoying a concert, working on a favorite craft, walking, exploring, hiking, watching a movie, all of this brings us into various heightened 'mindful' levels of awareness.
When accessed in a meditative session consciously, this same awareness can be brought into daily life, just as the inherent meditative experiences of daily life can support our meditation practices.
